Discipline Policy

We believe in maintaining a positive and disciplined school environment. Students are expected to follow the code of conduct and show respect to teachers, peers, and school property at all times.

  • Regular attendance is mandatory — minimum 85% required
  • Students must wear proper uniform on all school days
  • Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted in class
  • Bullying and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated
  • Academic honesty is strictly enforced at all times

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for examinations and academic progression.

  • Leave applications must be submitted in advance
  • Medical certificates required for absences exceeding 3 days
  • Each absence must be justified with valid reasons
  • Chronic absenteeism may result in transfer of school

Anti-Harassment Policy

  • Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, and discrimination
  • All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and confidentially

Examination Policy

Academic integrity is the foundation of our examination system. Malpractice in any form will result in serious consequences, including disqualification from examinations.

  • Only registered students may appear for examinations
  • No copying, collaboration, or use of unfair means permitted
  • Students must carry hall ticket and photo ID
  • Mobile phones and calculators not allowed in exam halls
  • Late arrival beyond 30 minutes may result in disqualification

Grievance Redressal Policy

We maintain a transparent and fair mechanism for addressing grievances from students, parents, and staff. Every concern is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

  • Grievances should be reported to class teachers or administration
  • All complaints will be reviewed within 7 working days
  • Confidentiality of the complainant will be maintained
  • Appeals can be made to the Principal if dissatisfied
